Job Description
This is a remote position.
As an Automation Testing Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-quality training that enables learners to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of automation testing. You will be responsible for providing hands-on training to learners, developing training materials, creating and managing training schedules, and ensuring that the training programs are effective in achieving the desired learning outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on automation testing, including creating training materials, designing course outlines and syllabus, and facilitating training sessions.
- Provide hands-on training and mentoring to learners to ensure they develop a strong understanding of automation testing concepts, tools, and frameworks.
- Develop and execute training plans, schedules, and delivery methods that align with the needs of the learners and the organization.
- Assess the effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in automation testing and incorporate them into the training programs.
- Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure the training programs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain documentation related to the training programs, including course materials, training schedules, and assessments.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with learners and stakeholders effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering training programs, including developing training materials, designing course outlines and syllabus, and facilitating training sessions.
- Knowledge of various automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to automation testing.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
- A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing.
- Experience in automation testing with Selenium using Java or Python is a must.
