Responsibilities
Β Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Β Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Β Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
Β Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Β Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Β Resolve officerelated malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Β Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Β Maintain... trusting relationships with suppliers customers and colleagues
Β Perform receptionist duties when needed
Requirements
Β Proven experience as a backoffice assistant office assistant virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
Β Knowledge of backoffice computer systems (ERP software)
Β Working knowledge of office equipment
Β Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Β Excellent organizational and time management skills
Β Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
Β Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Β Proficiency in MS Office
