As a Lead Teller, you'll be responsible for processing financial transactions promptly and accurately, adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
You will prioritize client demands, provide impeccable customer service, and communicate professionally with all clients and colleagues.
Your working knowledge of banking products and services, company systems, and procedures will help you guide and assist teller staff as requested by the Teller Manager.
In the absence of the Teller Manager, you'll perform transaction approvals, resolve customer service issues, coordinate workflow, and provide on-the-job training to new tellers.
Participating in job-specific training and various bank training programs, such as customer service, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly process financial transactions while adhering to all bank policies and procedures
Prioritize client demands and provide exceptional customer service
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Guide and assist teller staff as needed
Perform transaction approvals and resolve customer service issues when necessary
