One of our trusted partners is currently seeking Part-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives fluent in both Spanish and English!
This remote opportunity is open to candidates residing in New York State and offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule during standard business hours.
- Position Details:
- Start Date: Monday, July 28
- Part-Time Hours: 16 hours per week
- Training Schedule (First 3 Weeks): Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via high-volume inbound phone calls
- Deliver clear and accurate information about services, policies, and procedures
- Exhibit empathy and professionalism in every customer interaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain digital records
- Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Resident of New York State
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Able to provide 1–2 professional references
- Available to begin Monday, July 28
