Develop and maintain analysis pipelines using R and Python. Perform data wrangling and QC of complex biological data. Work in a Linux/Unix environment for scripting and job management. Support analytical validation for clinical or research workflows. Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Statistics or Biostatistics Strong proficiency in R; experience with Python preferred. Background in NGS analysis, data wrangling, and Linux systems. Familiarity with analytical validation in a scientific setting. (Preferred) Experience with adenovirus experiments.
