Job Description
Position: Biology Researcher (English) | $43/hr Remote
Location: Germany
- Responsibilities
- Design and optimize STEM-based prompts in German and/or English with multiple constraints and scientific instructions
- Establish high-level expectations for correct responses in STEM contexts
- Develop comprehensive rubrics ensuring scientific rigor, linguistic clarity, and appropriate academic tone
- Run prompts through models and assess outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and clarity
- Compare German and English responses where needed
- Collaborate in QA review processes
- Maintain consistency and reliability across German-language benchmarks Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German (written)
- Strong reading and writing ability in English
- BS or BA in Biology / Physics / Chemistry
- Familiarity with undergraduate-level biology / physics / chemistry topics
- Strong writing and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
