Crypto Operations Specialist β Fireblocks Job Description We are seeking a Crypto Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Fireblocks to support the secure management, movement, and reconciliation of digital assets. The ideal candidate will have strong operational, technical, and compliance awareness in blockchain-based transactions. Responsibilities β’ Manage and monitor digital asset transactions through Fireblocks console and related tools. β’ Execute secure transfers, approvals, and settlement workflows using MPC-based custody. β’ Maintain and optimize Fireblocks policies, including user roles, transaction rules, and whitelists. β’ Assist with wallet creation, vault setup, and key management lifecycle activities. β’ Work with internal teams to resolve transaction delays, settlement exceptions, and wallet issues. β’ Perform daily reconciliations of crypto balances across multiple exchanges, wallets, and custodians. β’ Support onboarding of new tokens, blockchains, and integrations within the Fireblocks environment. β’ Ensure operational compliance with internal controls, AML procedures, and audit requirements. Requirements β’ 2+ years experience in crypto custody, operations, or blockchain-based financial services. β’ Prior experience with Fireblocks (MPC wallets, policy engine, transaction console). β’ Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, digital asset transfers, and wallet security. β’ Experience with exchanges, custodial platforms, and Web3 tools. β’ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. β’ Ability to work in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
