This role requires strong backend engineering expertise, API integration experience, and deep knowledge of blockchain technologies and cryptographic security. /p> p>You will play a critical role in building secure, scalable systems for digital asset custody, transfers, and transaction workflows. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Key Responsibilities /strong> /p> ul> li>Design and implement integrations with Fireblocks APIs, SDKs, and webhooks /li> li>Develop backend services for strong>wallet management, transaction orchestration, and automation workflows /strong> /li> li>Implement strong>secure key management solutions /strong> leveraging MPC (Multi-Party Computation) /li> li>Configure transaction policies, role-based access controls, and approval workflows /li> li>Build monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools for digital asset operations /li> li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain transactions and API integrations /li> li>Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Product teams to deploy scalable solutions /li> li>Ensure adherence to strong>U.S. compliance and security standards /strong> (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI where applicable) /li> li>Support audit processes and maintain proper documentation /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Required Qualifications /strong> /p> ul> li>4+ years of software development experience (Java, Python, Node.js, or Go) /li> li>Strong experience with strong>REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices architecture /strong> /li> li>Hands-on experience with Fireblocks or similar custody platforms (e.g., Coinbase Custody, BitGo) /li> li>Solid understanding of strong>blockchain protocols /strong> (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) /li> li>Knowledge of strong>cryptography and key management /strong> (MPC, wallets, digital signatures) /li> li>Experience with strong>cloud platforms /strong> (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable) /li> li>Familiarity with strong>CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes /strong> /li> li>Strong debugging and system design skills /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Preferred Qualifications /strong> /p> ul> li>Experience in strong>fintech, crypto exchanges, or Web3 companies /strong> /li> li>Knowledge of strong>smart contracts (Solidity) /strong> /li> li>Experience with strong>HSMs (Hardware Security Modules) /strong> /li> li>Understanding of strong>U.S. regulatory environment /strong> (FinCEN, SEC considerations for digital assets) /li> /ul> p>Prior experience working in strong>client-facing or implementation roles /strong> /p>
