Job description: Immediate need for experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to join a growing CPA firm with main office in Avondale Estates, GA. Great opportunity for a Degreed Staff Accountant or a non degreed Accountant with CPA firm experience. This is a HYBRID REMOTE work environment with two days per week required in office.
CPA Firm experience with write-up/bookkeeping functions including understanding financial statements preferred but not required. Additional opportunity available for someone who has experience processing business or individual tax returns.
- Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Payroll tax returns
- Property tax returns
- Bank Reconciliations
- Depreciation Calculations
- Must be proficient in general accounting
- Small office environment - hands on experience a must
- Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting a plus
- QuickBooks Online and desktop required.
- Experience processing tax returns a plus
- Highly detail oriented
