About the position
The Branch Operations Lead Trainee plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within the branch. This position involves collaborating with the Branch Manager and other team members to create a welcoming environment, assist customers with their financial transactions, and promote self-service options. The trainee will also be responsible for adhering to banking policies and procedures while supporting the overall branch operations.
Responsibilities
Β Work with the Branch Manager to set the tone of the branch environment for exceptional customer experience.

Β Engage clients as they enter the branch, welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.

Β Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies.

Β Introduce customers to the branch team for specialized financial assistance.

Β Share and set up self-service options for customers to access their accounts 24/7.

Β Support the Branch Manager with loss control, compliance, and audit standards.
Requirements
Β High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Β Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.

Β Dedication to following policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Β Availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
