We are seeking a full-time Teller and Customer Service Professional to join our Carbondale branch team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Essential Functions:
Β Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Β Identify clients' needs and provide a range of services, including account opening, check issuance, and loan payments.
Β Resolve client issues through direct action or referral to alternative resources.
Β Maximize cross-selling opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
Β Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Β High School Diploma or equivalent required; some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience preferred.
Β Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking required.
Β Solid balancing and customer service skills essential.
Β Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs required.
