The Business Operations Analyst position within Ecolab’s Food Retail Services team is crucial in providing day-to-day business support for Corporate Accounts and Field Sales, ensuring smooth communication and operations while assisting with customer account management and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Sales Team members to reduce the non-sales efforts, including clearing billing issues and other administrative work
- Ensure installations sales support activities that have been requested happen complete and on time, interfacing with the installation team, the FRS Field Team, other Divisional Field Teams and Supply Chain
- Provide technical expertise for customers on installations and products
- Develop tools to show performance and demonstrate improvements realized through improved processes
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc data requests and reporting
- Work cross functionally with other Ecolab divisions to support the customer
Skills
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience; prior food retail service industry experience preferred
- Strong organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- SAP Experience
