In this role, you’ll keep our systems running smoothly, lead process improvements, and partner closely with business and technology teams to deliver effective solutions. These roles sit on the same Agile Release Train but support different teams. Depending on the team, the position may have a stronger focus on hands‑on data analysis or on functional and process analysis, with opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and grow skills in either direction. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications): • Business Systems Analyst II: $59,800 - $76,180 plus annual bonus opportunity. • Business Systems Analyst III: $68,000 - $87,500 plus annual bonus opportunity. • Business Systems Consultant I: $75,500 - $97,000 plus annual bonus opportunity. • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. • Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements that align with business needs. • Collaborate with the development team for implementation. • Lead and perform system testing, including test planning, execution, and validation to make sure business and technical requirements are met. • Troubleshoot production issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to quickly resolve problems and keep the business running smoothly. • Create and maintain clear, accurate system documentation to support business partners and stakeholders. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: • Solid business analysis skills with 5 + years of proven experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system or process changes. • Experience working with data and reporting tools (e.g., SQL) or strong functional analysis skills with the ability and interest to partner closely with data‑focused teammates to translate business needs into effective solutions. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to speak up, influence decisions, and build relationships across teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment—skilled at prioritizing, problem-solving, and driving results. • Experience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologies. • Manual testing experience is a plus. • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
