About the position

The Business Tax Associate position at Intuit is a remote, seasonal role focused on providing expert guidance and tax preparation services to customers using TurboTax Business products. The associate will manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws. This role is integral to advancing Intuit's mission of Powering Prosperity Around the World by delivering high-quality customer interactions and tax-related support.

Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations.
Provide expert guidance and explanations of tax and technical terms to customers.
Assist TurboTax Business customers with tax advice and full-service business return preparation.
Utilize video communications software to interact with customers professionally.
Document customer interactions and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations as needed.

3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season.
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 tax returns per tax year.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations for business and personal tax returns.
Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
