The primary role is on-site; however, we are open to a remote CSR for the right candidate.</p><p>The Call Center Representative will manage incoming customer calls, schedule service appointments, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.</p><p>Daily responsibilities include answering inbound calls, processing service requests, coordinating with dispatch, updating customer records, and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and represents the company with professionalism at all times.</p><p>This is an hourly + commission position, offering strong earning potential for candidates who are motivated and performance-driven.</p><p><br></p>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an excellent client experience</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Experience in customer support, call center, or service-based environments preferred</li><li>Comfortable managing high call volume in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Proficient in computer systems and standard office software; ability to learn new platforms quickly</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a dependable work ethic</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li></ul><p><br></p>
