- Oversee the hiring, training, and daily management of our Sales Team
- Lead the teams to exceed revenue goals through ad-hoc charter sales
- Identify and close on strategic partnerships within the 135 industry
- Coach and develop charter sales executives for continued professional growth
- Collaborate with executive team, operational teams, and marketing on growing revenue channels
- Assist Marketing team with ensuring marketing support materials are relevant and correct
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry/marketing events
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of luxury charter sales and/or revenue management experience
- 3 years in a leadership capacity at a Part 135 charter operator
- Familiar with Avinode, FL3XX or similar flight management software
- Top-notch negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must work well under pressure and be able to multitask
