Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of cases through its lifecycle, from initial assessment of a matter to resolution
- Work seamlessly with a team of skilled attorneys and staff
- Use your legal acumen to devise and implement strategic solutions that protect client interests and achieve optimal outcomes in litigation
Skills
- A proactive professional who is a member of the New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania Bar
- At least one year of experience in civil litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Experience with hearings, depositions, and arbitrations
