Job Description
Lofty is a high-growth, global SaaS company serving the residential real estate market. They are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of the platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through account setup, data migration, and initial configuration
- Deliver engaging training sessions via Zoom or Teams and provide educational materials tailored to each client
- Work with clients to tailor the platform to their unique workflows and goals
- Maintain and create resources that support the client onboarding journey
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during onboarding, collaborating with internal teams as needed
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication
- Act as the main point of contact during onboarding, addressing questions, concerns, and escalation needs
- Host onboarding webinars and one-on-one sessions to support adoption and engagement
Skills
- 1โ3 years of experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Prior experience in SaaS onboarding or client success preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Customer-first mindset and passion for helping others succeed
- Technically savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Teams, and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with strong grammar and proofreading abilities
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Prior experience in SaaS onboarding or client success
