Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to join their team, bringing experience and enthusiasm. The role involves managing employee benefits administration and delivering high-touch client service while ensuring operational excellence and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end employee benefits administration for clients, including placements, eligibility processing with carriers, onboarding/offboarding support, and resolution of in‑force service issues
- Deliver timely, accurate, and high‑touch client service, demonstrating ownership, urgency, and advocacy while building strong internal and external client relationships
- Ensure operational excellence and data integrity by tracking requests to completion, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing activities within the agency management system

- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
