Job Description

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Engineer to develop cloud-based solutions for critical applications and products. The role involves creating cloud architectures, recommending tools, and collaborating with teams to address client challenges in the cloud environment.

Responsibilities

Create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities
Develop cloud-based solutions for mission critical applications and products
Inform strategy and design and ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process
Recommend tools and solutions based on research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources
Work with the team to help the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud
Grow skills in areas like AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry

Skills

1+ years of experience with Cloud Engineering
1+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with scripting tools, such as Python, Base, Ansible, or PowerShell
Experience with IaC, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Top Secret clearance
