Provide exceptional patient care through virtual means, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Collaborate with other medical professionals to deliver comprehensive healthcare services to patients.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
Perform various clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and collecting and processing lab specimens.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for patients.
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
Continuously seek to improve and expand knowledge and skills in the field of virtual healthcare.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling virtual appointments for patients.
Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks, including recording and relaying accurate patient information.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the virtual specialty team.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and colleagues.
