Job Description
The Learning Experience is seeking a creative and community-driven Community Marketing Specialist to help grow enrollment and strengthen local partnerships. This role involves digital marketing, event coordination, and relationship-building to support two schools in the Ramsey and River Vale areas.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content highlighting classrooms, events, and school culture
- Draft and send family and prospect email communications
- Plan and support community events, open houses, and outreach activities
- Build partnerships with local businesses, libraries, pediatric offices, and family organizations
- Represent the schools at community fairs and networking events
- Coordinate marketing materials and support enrollment initiatives
- Travel between Ramsey and River Vale locations as needed
Skills
- Experience with social media content creation and email marketing required
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable representing a school in public-facing settings
- Reliable transportation for travel between locations required
- Community outreach, event coordination, or local partnership experience preferred
