Job Description

The Learning Experience is seeking a creative and community-driven Community Marketing Specialist to help grow enrollment and strengthen local partnerships. This role involves digital marketing, event coordination, and relationship-building to support two schools in the Ramsey and River Vale areas.


Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule social media content highlighting classrooms, events, and school culture
  • Draft and send family and prospect email communications
  • Plan and support community events, open houses, and outreach activities
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, libraries, pediatric offices, and family organizations
  • Represent the schools at community fairs and networking events
  • Coordinate marketing materials and support enrollment initiatives
  • Travel between Ramsey and River Vale locations as needed

Skills

  • Experience with social media content creation and email marketing required
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable representing a school in public-facing settings
  • Reliable transportation for travel between locations required
  • Community outreach, event coordination, or local partnership experience preferred
