Description: We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to support daily pharmacy operations with a strong focus on non-sterile and/or sterile compounding in Phoenix, AZ. This role combines clinical oversight, prescription verification, and hands-on compounding in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Compound medications following established formulas and USP guidelines Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness Oversee compounding processes including weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and pharmacy quality standards Maintain compounding records, formulations, and inventory controls Counsel patients and providers on compounded medications and usage Support technicians and compounding staff workflow Qualifications Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required Compounding experience required (sterile and/or non-sterile) Knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Why Apply Hands-on compounding environment Stable full-time opportunity Collaborative pharmacy team Opportunity to grow within a specialized practice setting In addition to working with the most highly respected clients in the health care field, you can expect: Highly competitive and weekly pay.
