Job Title: Business Change Management

PURPOSE:

Responsible for planning and executing change management for technical and/or non-technical projects. Focuses on changes to technology, business processes, corporate/market initiatives and/or organizational structures. Identifies project risks and creates mitigation strategies. Applies change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses. Ability to develop communication, change management and/or training plans, materials and oversee or monitor the execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Education Details: Business, Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Communications or related field

Experience: 8 years business, communications and/or organizational change management experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and foster collaboration., Advanced

Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal., Advanced

Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization., Advanced

Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools., Advanced

Licenses/Certifications

Certified Change Management Professional Pref
