Job Description
Fairgrounds is a public racket club that promotes inclusivity in sports. They are seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator to create and share engaging video content that captures the essence of their brand and community.
Responsibilities
- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts on a consistent, fast cadence
- Capture content at Fairgrounds locations: on-court action, coaching moments, community vibes, behind-the-scenes - bring the brand to life through your lens
- Some travel will be required for this
- Execute the content calendar and posting schedule across channels, hitting deadlines and keeping things moving
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and moments, and move quickly when an opportunity hits
- Partner with Fairgroundsβ coaches, staff, and community members on camera to get the shots and moments that make great content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver content for campaigns, location launches, and brand moments
- Track your own performance metrics and use them to iterate and improve
- Support influencer and UGC shoots as needed - help coordinate, capture, and compile

- You see the potential and have the vision to help turn Fairgrounds into an entertaining and engaging sports content machine
- You live on the internet, not just consuming content, but studying it. You know why things pop before most people can explain it
- You've made videos. Real ones, published ones. You know how to shoot, edit, and optimize for short-form
- You're scrappy. A phone, a good eye, a mic, and CapCut will do
- You love sports. Pickleball or padel experience is a plus, but what matters most is that you understand sports culture and community
- You have strong instincts for captions, hooks, and on-screen text - you know how to nail them
- You're organized enough to manage a content calendar without things falling through the cracks
- You have 1-3 years of relevant experience - in-house, at an agency, or through your own creator journey
- You have a portfolio or channel you can point us to. Show us the work
- Play pickleball or padel (or are willing to learn fast - we'll teach you)
- Are comfortable being on camera as well as behind it
- Have worked in sports, fitness, or lifestyle content
- Know your way around basic photo editing
- Have grown a brand account, not just a personal one
