Position: Web Developer
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $80–$150/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
- Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a Web Developer for a top AI company.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of AI-generated content.
- Use your professional experience to improve AI model training and evaluation.
Qualifications
- Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Web Developer.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
- Compensation & Legal
- At-will contractor to Mercor.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
- Industry-standard compensation expectations.
- Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
