Job Title: Contracted Remote Sales Representative (Estate Planning, Criminal & Probate Law)

Base Pay: $1,500 bi-weekly
Performance Bonus: Based on lead conversion and revenue generation

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Contracted Sales Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal sales (particularly in estate planning, probate, or criminal defense), be familiar with MyCase CRM/case management software, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with bi-weekly base compensation and performance-based bonuses.

Conduct consultations and sales calls with prospective clients via phone or video
Use MyCase to track leads, follow-ups, and client communications
Follow up on leads from marketing channels, referrals, and intake forms
Convert warm leads into retained clients through persuasive and ethical sales techniques
Educate clients about firm services in probate, estate planning, and criminal law
Coordinate with the intake team and attorneys to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status
Report regularly on performance metrics and client acquisition progress

Proven success in legal sales, particularly in estate planning, probate, or criminal law
Proficient in using MyCase or similar legal CRM platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism and client service
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Able to maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines

Base Pay: $1,500 bi-weekly
Bonus Structure: Performance-based, tied to closed leads, revenue targets, and conversion metrics
