Job Description

Description:
• Responsible for all aspects of underwriting, compliance, portfolio management, and accounting related to NMTC program.
• Monitoring program compliance of industry partners and community impacts.
• Prepares underwriting memorandum for new NMTC investments.
• Assists in review of pre-closing, closing, and exit documents.
• Reviews the Flow of Funds and coordinates internally.
• Prepares sub-allocation and QEI designation paperwork.
• Reviews flexible terms and conditions memorandums.
• Collects QALICB & CDE certifications.
• Maintains current risk ratings for portfolio.
• Assists with post-closing portfolio investment issues.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Three (3) years of underwriting/asset management experience
• Tax credit finance experience (preferred)
• Salesforce experience (preferred)
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
