Job Description
Role: CRM Strategy & Systems Integration Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 3-6 months + Key Responsibilities: β’ CRM Assessment & Strategy Evaluate existing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and recommend optimal solutions based on business needs, scalability, and long-term viability. Ensure seamless alignment with NetSuite for sales, marketing, and reporting functions. β’ Systems Integration Collaborate with internal teams and NetSuite stakeholders to define CRM-ERP architecture. Identify integration risks and develop mitigation strategies, including role definition and resource planning. β’ Operational Leadership Provide hands-on support to bridge internal knowledge gaps. Lead CRM-related initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams. β’ CRM Migration & GTM Alignment Support customer segmentation, product mapping, and CRM migration/unification efforts. Drive integration that supports a unified GTM strategy and operational execution. Qualifications: β’ Proven track record of leading CRM integrations and GTM strategy development. β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite platforms. β’ Experience in SaaS, healthcare, and private equity (preferred). β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. β’ Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-paced environments.
