Comcast is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide end-to-end support for customers, ensuring a positive experience and upholding the company's service delivery strategy. Requirements • Accurately and confidently handle various types of customer inquiries • Establish and build rapport with customers, promoting effective relationships and upholding customer experience • Actively put customer needs and wants at the center of all interactions • Communicate in a warm and friendly manner through verbal and written means • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and other general account inquiries in a single customer interaction • Follow established troubleshooting procedures and produce work order according to established business rules • Build a consultative relationship with customers to create understanding and resolve all issues • Set clear expectations by providing accurate information and transparent communication • Illustrate competencies of a technology enthusiast and use multiple tools and systems with ease Benefits • Base Pay: $16.00 • Commission under the terms of an applicable plan • Bonus • Best-in-class Benefits Apply tot his job
