Job Description:

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
– Basic computer proficiency
– Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer complaints and issues to the customer’s satisfaction
– Provide product and service information to customers
– Maintain accurate customer records and escalate issues when necessary
– Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully met
