The CyberSecurity Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of security systems and protocols to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote cybersecurity solutions to potential clients.
- Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business development opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software for effective territory management and lead generation.
- Conduct product demos to showcase cybersecurity solutions and their benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team on B2B sales strategies, including direct sales and upselling techniques.
- Provide technical sales support by addressing client inquiries regarding cybersecurity products and services.
- Perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the technology sales landscape.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, technology sales, or related fields.
- Strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to conduct cold calling and engage in both inside and territory sales efforts.
- Strong analytical skills to assess security risks and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in product demonstrations and upselling strategies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, including lead generation techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
