You’ll partner closely with stakeholders, including senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partner teams, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape & execute global sales motions to develop the strategy, planning and tools required by our field sellers to simultaneously enable the business to achieve its growth aspirations and serve our customers.
To be successful, you must have experience in the Tech Industry/Software Industry, be familiar with software/technical sales, be able to formulate and orchestrate business strategies and month-to-month execution plans across all relevant sales channels, growing new customer acquisition, expansion and upsell motions and be a visible advocate for the field and our customers—counted on to represent their voice across our corporate functions. Responsibilities
- Develop data analysis, PowerBi Reports and Financial analysis
- Leads data-driven projects with business acumen and data science expertise by understanding the relationship between selected models and business objectives, defining and designing feedback and evaluation methods and presenting results and findings to senior customer stakeholders.
- Lead analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and process enhancements.
- Use data exploration techniques to discover new questions or opportunities within your problem area and propose applicability and limitations of the data.
- Interpret the results of their analysis, validate their approach, and learn to monitor, analyze, and iterate to continuously improve using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel
- Engage with stakeholders to produce clear, compelling, actionable insights that influence product and service improvements that will impact millions of customers.
- Sales Insights, Readiness, and Activation
- Collaborates with business, platform, and tools experts to provide updates, improve processes, and report key metrics to drive the sales business forward. Leverages insights to develop recommendations and seeks to provide thought leadership around potential future growth opportunities and strategic issues
- Ensure the right metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in place to achieve the right outcomes for our customers, to measure progress over time and to implement course corrections as needed.
- Coaches and guides others in collecting and interpreting market-based research and internal processes to influence new sales strategies. Conducts and leverages analyses (e.g., financial modeling, sales acceleration insights, competitor trends, program yield, consumption and usage blockers) to synthesize information. Creates initial framing for strategic sales questions with limited input and delivers structured output from analyses.
- Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Great PowerBi Skills. Strongly preferred: Microsoft Power BI certification such as PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience working in a data intensive environment and translating business needs into data requirements (experience with Microsoft Azure stack, SQL, Python, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Power BI, Fabric, Machine Learning and AI).
- Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience working for Microsoft Corporation
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.
- Able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, negotiate and collaborate effectively.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office and Power Platform Suites
- Solid internal and external communications skills are required (written, verbal/presentation)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Solution Areas
- Prior experience in strategy roles
- Ability to build forward-looking performance indicators.
- Experience in leading complex teams with heavy emphasis on orchestration and collaboration.
- Collaboration, enabling the conditions for successful collaboration at the organizational level that delivers results, with proven capabilities of Influencing for Impact.

Pay: $94,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
