Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Enrollment Management team by extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and assessing enrollment data and requests. You will utilize a blend of automation and manual analysis to make informed decisions, ensure compliance with company policies, state laws, and regulations, and provide reporting to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and maintain dealer customer accounts
Update system profiles and support various products related to onboarding
Set up product/feature sets for dealers
Create and maintain dealership profiles within the CAMS
Update user profiles within the CAMS
Adhere to all audit/policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with internal, dealer, finance source, and owner contacts
Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio
