Conservice is a company focused on providing accurate data for Sustainability Solutions clients. The Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for investigating inconsistencies in utility bills and ensuring data quality through various auditing and communication tasks.
Responsibilities
- Research and resolve abnormalities in utility provider bills
- Audit historical data for new Sustainability Solutions clients to ensure consumption data captured accurately
- Communicate across multiple teams to enhance processing procedures
- Review identified errors and propose process changes to increase accuracy across departments
- Review and approve or deny disputed corrections in Correction Manager

- Able to explain complex ideas, both verbally and written, using clear, professional language
- Prioritize time well and push yourself to consistently achieve higher goals
- Expert at solving problems independently using the resources and tools provided to you
- Feel comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Excel
- Committed to quickly learning and adapting to new computer software
- Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time
- Knowledge of data intake and audit processes
