We're currently seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team and contribute to exceptional patient care. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:53am - 5:00pm What We Offer: β€’ Competitive Pay: $26 - $29 per hour β€’ Time to Recharge: β€’ PTO Accrual β€’ Sick Time Accrual, with rollover. β€’ Health Perks: β€’ Full benefits eligibility after 30 days (Medical/Dental/Vision). β€’ Add-ons like disability, or extra life insurance available! β€’ Plan for Your Future: β€’ 401(k) plan β€’ Stay Flexible: Access to HSA or FSA for medical expenses. β€’ Paid Holidays As our Dental Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: β€’ Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental and surgical procedures β€’ Preparing and maintaining dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms for each patient. β€’ Taking and processing accurate impressions/digital impressions, digital X-rays, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. β€’ Sterilizing and disinfecting dental instruments according to established infection control protocols. β€’ Welcoming patients, inquiring about their medical history, and preparing them for treatment. β€’ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment charts, medical histories, and consent forms. β€’ Staying updated with industry best practices, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines. β€’ Travel occasionally (As needed basis) to our Remote Sales Locations (Palmdale and West Covina). β€’ Display excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements: β€’ High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program required. β€’ Previous experience as a dental assistant is required. β€’ Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology. β€’ Proficient in taking and processing digital dental X-rays. β€’ Familiarity with dental software and appointment scheduling systems is a plus. β€’ Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety procedures.
