Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, account management skills, and a passion for technology. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities β€’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. β€’ Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs. β€’ Manage a designated territory, ensuring effective territory management strategies are implemented. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and account management. β€’ Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. β€’ Engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on technology sales and technical solutions. β€’ Provide upselling opportunities to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth. β€’ Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications β€’ 3 years experience in buying or sourcing for fashion, working experience in the buying of brands would be a plus; β€’ Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or direct sales roles in Fashion industry. β€’ Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on technology or retail sectors preferred. β€’ Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. β€’ Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. β€’ Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage potential clients. β€’ Experience in account management or territory sales is a plus. β€’ Exceptional communication skills combined with a customer-centric approach. β€’ A proactive attitude towards lead generation and business development initiatives.
