They are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Campaign Specialist to execute cross-channel marketing campaigns for clients using CRM platforms. The role involves managing workflows, resolving campaign errors, and collaborating with internal teams to drive impactful results.

Responsibilities

Implementing cross-channel marketing campaigns using leading CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Managing workflows and segmentation implementation within the CRM
Investigating and resolving campaign errors
Providing input on campaign metrics and performance
Participating in daily and weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in deliverables and alignment on project goals

Skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
Experience with CRM platforms
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Clear communication skills
Knowledge of segmentation, implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
Postsecondary education in Marketing, Computer Science or related field

Experience with HTML, CSS, or digital communication
