Job Description: I am seeking a high-level Digital Growth Partner to scale a professional study guide business . This is not just an "ad setup" gig; I am looking for a strategic partner to help turn this into a high-margin, passively profitable machine.
The Mission: Achieve a consistent $3,000+ monthly profit through a combination of paid traffic (2x+ ROAS) and long-term organic growth.
Your Initial Focus (The Build):
Omnichannel Ad Setup: Design and launch highly targeted campaigns on Pinterest and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for the creative (Canva/Graphics) and technical setup.
Funnel Architecture: Eventually, I'll need help auditing our ThriveCart/Shopify setup to implement order bumps and upsells that maximize Average Order Value.
ROAS Management: Monitor and tweak campaigns to maintain a MINIMUM of 2x Return on Ad Spend.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Provide monthly feedback on website copy, UI/UX, and sales triggers to improve the "click-to-purchase" ratio.
SEO Long-Game: Gradually transition the site into an SEO powerhouse. This includes keyword research for urban planning terms, on-page optimization, and a content strategy that builds organic authority.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You are data-driven but have an eye for the "Professional/Academic" aesthetic required for Urban Planners.
- You have a proven track record of scaling digital downloads/info products.
- You are comfortable with ThriveCart, Shopify, Pinterest Trends, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- You want a long-term, stable working relationship where you have a seat at the strategy table.
