- Seeking a skilled and passionate Director of DTC to drive our online sales.
- The Direct-to-Consumer Director will execute Stella & Chewy's online DTC strategy.
- Lead CRO initiatives to improve website conversion rates and maximize sales.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive DTC ecommerce strategy.
- Oversee all aspects of the DTC website, including user experience and checkout optimization.
- Analyze website performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce activities.
- Establish a culture of experimentation to efficiently grow the performance media budget.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in leading and scaling ecommerce operations for a high-growth DTC brand.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, including website design, user experience, online marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with popular ecommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics).
- Preferred : Experience in the pet industry or a subscription driven industry.
- Proficiency in ecommerce tools and platforms, especially Shopify.
- Experience working with/managing agencies and holding them accountable for KPIs.
- Creative thinker with experience in developing and executing strategies.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
