- They seek a Director of Solution Architecture & Strategy to lead solution architecture and scale services funnel; will own/manage a team of Solution Architects and partner with Sales, Product, and Professional Services.
- Role ensures scalable, repeatable solution design across segments and products, optimizing handoff between Sales and Services, and integrating feedback into roadmap.
- It's a high-impact, cross-functional role blending technical acumen, go-to-market strategy, and operational execution.
- Requirements:
- 8+ years in Professional Services, Solution Architecture, or Pre-Sales roles within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- 4+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams of architects, consultants, or solution engineers.
- Demonstrated experience bridging Sales, Product, and Delivery to design scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into solution frameworks and project plans.
- Deep experience with implementation estimation, delivery modeling, and solution standardization.
- Executive-level communication skills with a track record of cross-functional influence and strategic collaboration.
- Experience developing tools, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve solutioning speed and quality.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, especially with both SMB and Enterprise customer segments.
- Familiarity with PSA, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and scoping/estimation tools.
- Benefits:
- This position has a salary range of $144,720-$217,080. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
