Job Description
A large, nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking Contract Paralegals to support a high-volume document and claim file review project related to complex litigation matters. This is a long-term contract opportunity working fully remotely with a collaborative legal team.
This role is ideal for paralegals with experience in complex litigation document review, particularly those familiar with Everlaw and managing large datasets.
Location
Fully Remote
Candidates must be located in California, Texas, or Washington
- Key Responsibilities
- Review high volumes of claim files and supporting documentation within Everlaw
- Analyze and organize information related to insurance claim investigations
- Extract and transfer relevant data from claim files into Excel tracking reports
- Identify key information and documentation relevant to litigation and investigations
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while working through routine, high-volume review workflows
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members on ongoing document review processes
- Bill 7.5 hours daily.
- Required Qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate or equivalent qualification (required)
- Understanding of litigation processes and document review workflows
- Experience reviewing documents in Everlaw
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manage structured data
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large document sets
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with insurance claim files
- Exposure to fraud investigations or insurance-related litigation
- Background in complex litigation matters
