The Enterprise Sales Director will identify, capture and close opportunities to provide remote CX management, AI-driven technologies, on-demand, on-shore call center services to major clients. Identify and cultivate relationships and executive sponsors at the VP and C level and will be responsible for selling outsourced Contact Center services.Remote ΓΒ candidate must be based in one of the... following states: TX, AZ, AR, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Selling outsourced customer experience contact center solutions into major clients
ΓΒ Originating and qualifying leads via cold-calling, networking, Social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with VP & C-Suite level executives within targeted markets and sectors
ΓΒ Qualify major opportunities to be further pursued, create and implement sales strategy (value messages, relationship approach, competitive differentiation).
ΓΒ The primary focus and objective will be to develop new business and buying centers within the assigned accounts
ΓΒ Develop and qualify leads into pursuits and close pursuits
ΓΒ Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
ΓΒ Spearhead development of project proposals, employ data gathering techniques and analysis in order to present proposed solutions to clients
ΓΒ Make significant contributions to the sales team and the company sales culture
ΓΒ Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process
ΓΒ Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
ΓΒ Minimum of 5 yearsΓΒ experience selling Contact Center technology solutions (AI, Chatbots, CCAAS, Intelligent Automation, etc.) to the VP Customer Experience and other C-Suite executives
ΓΒ Qualified candidates must have experience in developing new sales opportunities, supporting the formulating of solutions for sales proposals (including pricing, scope, and schedules) and closing large and mid-sized deals
ΓΒ Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting outsourcing spend
ΓΒ This is a ΓΒhunterΓΒ role and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques
ΓΒ History of successful sales of services deals across multiple CX outsourced contact center industries
ΓΒ Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives within assigned sector
ΓΒ Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills
ΓΒ Ability to work in a distributed organizational environment
ΓΒ Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple business sectors / industries in contact center environments
ΓΒ Experience selling on-demand, multichannel contact center outsourcing solutions a plus
ΓΒ Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive sales culture
ΓΒ Ability to travel as required
