Your day‑to‑day duties include:• Curriculum Delivery: Implement the expert‑written Balanced Learning Curriculum across language, mathematics, science, arts, and social‑emotional domains.• Virtual Classroom Management: Create an engaging, safe, and inclusive online environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect.• Individualized Learning Plans: Observe and assess each child’s progress, adjust activities to meet diverse needs, and maintain detailed documentation.• Parent Partnerships: Communicate regularly with families via video conferences, newsletters, and digital portfolios to celebrate milestones and discuss developmental goals.• Collaboration with Co‑Teacher: Plan and co‑facilitate lessons, share resources, and provide mutual feedback to ensure seamless instruction.• Break and Planning Coverage: Coordinate with the Faculty Support Teacher to cover break times, lesson preparation, and administrative tasks.• Behavioral Guidance: Work closely with the dedicated Behavior Specialist to implement positive behavior support strategies and address any challenges promptly.• Professional Growth Activities: Participate in weekly faculty development sessions, attend webinars, and complete optional online coursework through our partnership with Early Education College (EEC).• Classroom Organization: Maintain a well‑stocked digital resource library, manage virtual learning stations, and ensure all supplies are prepared for each lesson.Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring• Education: Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.• Licensure/Certification: State‑approved teaching credential, Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or equivalent certification required.• Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands‑on preschool teaching experience, preferably in a classroom or virtual setting.• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using video‑conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), learning management systems, and basic troubleshooting of audio‑visual equipment.• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.• Passion for Early Learning: Demonstrated commitment to fostering a love of learning, curiosity, and emotional intelligence in young children.• Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adjust lesson plans based on real‑time feedback.Preferred Qualifications – What Sets You Apart• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.• Experience with differentiated instruction for children with diverse learning needs, including English language learners and children with mild to moderate disab
