In this role, you will support design and web-related projects while ensuring tasks are well-organised, clearly communicated, and delivered on time. Attention to detail, strong communication, and solid organisational skills are essential.
You will be comfortable leading calls, consistently recording them, and taking clear manual notes, while maintaining accurate follow-ups and documentation. We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who can learn and adopt new tools quickly, manage multiple moving parts, and keep projects running smoothly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate design and web-related projects from brief through delivery.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of visual and digital assets as required.
- Lead and participate in calls, ensuring all sessions are recorded and supported by clear manual notes.
- Track tasks, updates, and next steps, ensuring accurate follow-ups and documentation.
- Communicate clearly with team members to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify issues early and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and workflows as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Background in Figma and basic web development.
- High attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up habits.
- Comfortable leading calls and coordinating across stakeholders.
- Quick learner with the ability to adopt new tools and systems efficiently.
- Collaborative, reliable, and proactive in managing responsibilities.
