Job Description
We’re looking for a talented Website Designer to design modern, high-conversion websites that will be handed off to our internal web development team for buildout.
This is a design-only role. You will be responsible for creating full website designs, component systems, and responsive layouts in Figma, with clean organization and proper handoff structure for developers.
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and web teams to translate brand direction, UX strategy, and business goals into beautiful, functional website designs.
Responsibilities
- Design full websites and landing pages from concept to final UI
- Create clean, well-organized Figma files ready for developer handoff
- Build responsive designs (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Create reusable components and design systems when needed
- Design UX flows, page layouts, and conversion-focused sections
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and web teams for feedback and iteration
- Prepare assets, specs, and annotations for smooth development handoff
Requirements
- Strong experience designing websites and landing pages
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (required)
- Strong understanding of UX, UI, and conversion design
- Experience designing responsive layouts
- Ability to design with development constraints in mind
- Experience handing off designs to developers
- Strong communication and ability to iterate quickly
Budget just for design ranges from $2,500 to $3,500 depending on the complexity of the project.
