As a Recruiter you willΒ
Β Impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs
Β Partner with your Account Manager to understand customer job openings and deliver on their needs in a timely manner
Β Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools - resume databases, job postings, job boards, social media, networking events, job fairs, etc.
Β Screen and interview qualified candidates via intro calls, phone interviews, in-person or virtual interviews, reference checks, etc.
Β Coordinate, schedule and prepare candidates for interviews
Β Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
Β Perform various administrative and customer service related tasks

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Β Year 2: $76,000
Β Year 3: $102,000
Projected Sales Manager Earnings:
