Epic Certified Systems Administrator / Citrix
Β Remote position; must reside in or relocate (paid) to the state of Florida
This is a remote position. Incumbents, who reside in or relocate to Florida only, may work at home. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned location.
The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the installation and ongoing support of windows servers that provide access to the enterprise EMR, Epic.
Responsibilities:
Β Proactive monitoring of Epic application system health
Β Server Operating System Patching
Β Installation/configuration of Epic client system components including feature enhancements and application upgrades
Requirements:
Β 3+ yearsΒ experience with installing/maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft windows servers
Β 2+ yearsΒ experience with the following Microsoft technologies:
Β Internet information services (IIS) administration
Β Active directory
Β File/Print services
Β Certificate services
Β Candidate must be willing to acquire Epic client systems proficiency / certification
Preferred:
Β Experience with Epic Client Systems Administration is preferred
Β Experience with Citrix load balancing and virtual application delivery is a plus
