About the position
CGI is seeking an ERP Business Analyst specializing in HR, Payroll, or Finance to join their team. This role involves a blend of functional and technical responsibilities, focusing on the implementation of ERP solutions for government clients. The position requires strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to help clients maximize their ERP investments. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with significant travel expected, and will play a key role in modernizing technology systems for government entities.
Responsibilities
ย Leading sessions to analyze business requirements to determine functional solutions

ย Planning and managing resources to create functional design documents and other functional project deliverables
,
ย Planning and leading fit-gap analysis of current processes to future designed processes
,
ย Developing business concepts/designs for functionality to support client's business requirements
,
ย Resolving functional issues and providing functional support to the project team
,
ย Planning and executing testing strategy for Unit, Integrated System and End-to-End testing as well as supporting User Acceptance testing
,
ย Designing and testing reports and analytics to support client Business Intelligence requirements
,
ย Collaborating with clients to prepare participants for meeting sessions and to answer questions regarding their business functions as it relates to Advantage ERP
Requirements
ย 4 to 6 years of experience implementing ERP systems such as SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or CGI Advantage
,
ย Strong preference for experience with CGI Advantage
,
ย Agile certification, such as SAFe certification, with related agile implementation experience
,
ย Established background in HR-Payroll-Finance functional areas
,
ย Ability to support change management and business process re-engineering
,
ย Self-motivated and adaptable to changing project environments
,
ย Excellent written and verbal communication skills
,
ย Ability to work under deadline pressure
