Job Description:
Β Hands-on experience with QAD ERP (Experience with specific QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution is a plus).
Β Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as manufacturing, procurement, finance, and inventory management.
Β Proficiency in QAD configuration and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues.
Β Experience with SQL and report writing tools within the QAD environment.
Β Familiarity with QAD Automation, QAD APIs, and system integrations.
Β Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Β Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Β Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Β Experience with QAD Cloud or QAD EDI.
Β Familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Β Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
Β Familiarity with business intelligence tools and integration techniques for reporting and analytics.
Qualifications:
Β Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Β years of experience working with QAD ERP systems.
Β Certifications in QAD ERP or other relevant ERP systems are a plus.
Β Experience in ERP-related project management is a bonus.
